Directions

When in doubt look at the map.  Check your position at each point.  Keep straight on unless otherwise directed.
01.
From parking area opposite church, along Church Lane, right at end, pass Lord Nelson pub, 100 yards, join riverside path (signed). Gates, gated wooden footbridge.
02.
Riverside in front of house, stile/fieldgate, 25 yards, left to bank, right at corner, 100 yards, left to skirt scrub, broken stile, 50 yards to access drive. Option – left to see Chapel.
03.
Right to drive, then road.
04.
Track on left (cattlegrid/fieldgate, signed Thickpenny Farm).  Fork left at house gates to track adjacent to drive, fieldgate (waymark) and track in front of house, cross grass 50 yards, fieldgate (waymark), field-edge path.
05.
Right at field corner immediately before fieldgate, fieldgate, pass house and immediately left to field-edge (signed), bridge and stile/fieldgate and 1 o’clock across grass field (waymark), stile/fieldgate, path for 50 yards.
06.
Right to track, 500 yards, left to field-edge path (fingerpost), gate sized gap, field-edge path then track, swing left at farm, right-hand corner then left into yard (waymarked post) and immediately left for 100 yards on field-edge track, hedge gap and rejoin track to village.
